CANCELLATIONS

- We offer a 14-Day Refund Policy.  
- Cancellations made within 14 days of booking are eligible for a full refund.  
- After this period, cancellations may incur a fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT 

Check-in Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM  
Guests will receive check-in instructions, access codes, and full property details prior to arrival.  

- Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be approved by the Host in advance.

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM  

Before departure, guests must:  
- Turn off all lights and appliances  
- Lock all doors and windows  
- Return keys or access devices as instructed  

Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

HOUSE RULES

By booking, the Guest agrees to comply with the following:

1. Quiet Hours  
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances.

2. No Smoking  
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

3. No Illegal Activity  
Illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

4. Pets  
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the Host.

5. Care of Property  
Guests must maintain the property, furnishings, and appliances in good condition and promptly report any damages.

6. Trash & Cleanliness  
Trash must be disposed of properly. Excessive mess or failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning charges.

7. Damage & Liability  
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.  
- Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit.  
- The Host is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay.
